Why do Zofeia products come in smaller sizes?

Zofeia is preservative-free. For freshness and best results, we recommend finishing each product within six months of opening—so we offer smaller sizes to reduce stockpiling and waste. Many ingredients are sourced from France and the U.S., and their higher costs are reflected in our pricing.

Same Batch, Big Difference: What Happened?

Heat/humidity and temperature swings can make natural fats (shea/beeswax) re‑crystallize (white grains) and oxidize faster. Condensation may add water, increasing contamination/spoilage risk. Usually a texture change, not necessarily spoiled.Stop use if rancid/moldy smell or worsening stinging/redness.

Storage: Cool, dry, dark. Use dry hands/spatula; cap tight. If refrigerated, room temp before opening (avoid condensation).

炎熱潮濕及溫差會令乳木果脂/蜂蠟等天然油脂再結晶起粒，亦會加速氧化；結露入水會增加污染變質風險。多為質地變化未必變壞。如有哈喇/霉味或刺痛紅腫加重，請停用。

保存：陰涼乾燥避光；乾手/刮勺取用、蓋緊；冷藏先回溫再開蓋防結露。
